The Never Again Foundation uses the power of the civil justice system to help victims obtain justice, hold abusers fully financially accountable, and accelerate social change in preventing abuse.  As a non-profit charity, we have sucessfully obtained many of the largest judgments directly against abusers in Arizona history - now totaling over $170 Million.  100 percent of all judgments collected go directly to the abuse victims to help them rebuild their lives. Many voluntarily donate back to help other victims. 

       Our civil law suits may affect: garnishment of the abuser's wages and retirements; distribution of property in divorces; distribution of life insurance or estate proceeds; and expected inheritances.  Our cases may also uncover critical evidence to aid in successful criminal prosecution.   This will be accomplished by providing free legal representation of abuse victims who qualify for the program in civil actions to ensure the abusers are financially accountable for their actions through awards of civil compensatory and punitive judgements.

       The result is to one by one attempt to take the financial burden resulting from abuse away from the victim and society and place it personally upon the abuser.  

Our judgments are often non dischargable in bankruptcy, and become a financial  

"life sentence" that follow abusers to either eventual prosperity or to their grave.      

        In other words - Justice.
