The Never Again Foundation is the only organization of its kind in the  

    nation.  The Foundation began and is headquartered in Arizona. 

    However, due to the many requests we receive and the need for our 

    services everywhere, we will be opening branches of the Never Again

    Foundation nationwide as funding becomes available for each area.

    In order to open a branch in your area, we first need the following:

    1)  Local attorneys and legal personel who want to join us;

    2)  Resources for funding the project locally in your area;

         (The annual cost to operate the branch will vary depending upon  

          such things as donated space, volunteers, etc.). 

    3)  Relationships with local law and/or paralegal schools for interships;

    4)  An appropriately situated location for the branch office space.
